Get job ready and stand out from the crowd

The Certificate of registration is the minimum requirement in NSW to allow you to work in real estate as either a property officer or salesperson (Assistant Agent).

The requirements to hold a Certificate of Registration are;

  • At least 16 years of age

  • Must be a fit and proper person to hold a certificate of registration

  • Must have the qualifications required for the type of certificate of registration for which they are applying

  • Have not been disqualified.

This course fulfils the educational requirements and participants will complete the following 5 units of competency from Cert IV in Real Estate Practice;
 

  • CPPREP4001 Prepare for professional practice in real estate

  • CPPREP4002 Access and interpret ethical practice in real estate

  • CPPREP4003 Access and interpret legislation in real estate

  • CPPREP4004 Establish marketing and communication profiles in real estate

  • CPPREP4005 Prepare to work with real estate trust accounts
