Founded in 2009 by Jamie Hammond, former Education and Training Manager at REINSW, our mission is straightforward: provide top-notch real estate courses that are as fresh as they are relevant. We’re all about E-learning—while we do offer in-house training, our primary focus is on delivering quality online courses. This approach helps us keep costs down, and guess what? We pass those savings straight on to you!

Nestled in the beautiful Blue Mountains of Sydney, Real E-training is a family affair. Jamie’s wife, Kristeen, is the heart and soul of our operation, ensuring every student feels right at home on their learning journey.

Jamie’s leap from city life to founding an RTO wasn’t just about work-life balance (though that was a big part!). It was also about cultivating a supportive community spirit. With a passion for giving back, Jamie proudly serves as Captain of his local NSW Rural Fire Service brigade, embodying our commitment to community involvement. We encourage all our staff and contractors to find ways to contribute, whether it’s fighting fires with the RFS or mentoring young minds through Scouts Australia.
